We use two size bands built around height, not waist. S-M fits climbers around 160 to 175 cm, M-L fits climbers around 176 to 192 cm. Stuck between two sizes? Go by height. The adjustable waistband lets you wear them low waisted or high waisted, whatever feels best on you. Want the high waisted look? Add 7 cm to your height before picking your size.
