Shipping Information

We currently ship orders within the European Union.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

• Slovakia & Czech Republic: 2–5 business days

• European Union: 3–10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, shipping carrier, holidays, or other unexpected delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email after your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties

For orders within the European Union, no additional customs duties should apply.

For international shipments outside the European Union, customers may be responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import charges.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
